Who is Cotti Foods
The Cotti Foods story begins in 1967 with the purchase of Taco Bell 12 by Peter Capriotti Sr. Upon the transaction close, it was staffed by his family, wife (Gloria), daughter (Annette) and son (Peter). Peter Sr slowly grew his store count through the years. His son purchased his first restaurant in 1982 and began the same trajectory. The two joined forces in 1996 and created Cotti Foods Corporation with a total of 5 Taco Bells.
Since that time, Cotti Foods has added a third generation and kept its family-owned roots in the restaurant business with a portfolio of some the most popular restaurant brands in the world - currently owning and operating 106 Taco Bells, 122 Wendy’s and 5 Pieology restaurants in the U.S.
